The organization offers employees the opportunity to work alongside exceptionally talented professionals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Job DescriptionManage complex calendar coordination and high-volume interview scheduling across multiple teams and stakeholders
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, providing timely and professional communication
Coordinate in-person interview days, including room bookings, scheduling adjustments, catering arrangements, and candidate hospitality
Support recruiting events, campus programs, internship initiatives, and networking functions by coordinating logistics and vendor relationships
Process expense reports, candidate reimbursements, invoices, and vendor payments
Maintain accurate records and documentation within recruiting and HR systems

Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment
Strong calendar management and scheduling experience
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
Experience coordinating meetings, events, travel arrangements, and logistics
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Experience with ATS platforms or HR systems is a plus, but not required
