Administrator Hospice Operations If you are a Executive Director, Director of Operations, Branch Director, or Administrator or have multi-site Hospice senior leadership experience then you need to read on….Administrator Hospice Operations Opportunity Description Our client is a well-established and growing Healthcare System organization.  They are looking to add an RN Administrator Hospice Operations to their post-acute division to guide clinical services and operations for a branch. The branch is located near Kansas City, KS. Registered Nurse with strong operations, financial, and clinical leadership experience in hospice is a must. Relocation candidates welcome to apply.Administrator Hospice Operations Requirements
  • Hospice homecare operations leadership experience.
  • Start-up experience a plus.
  • Expert in state and federal hospice regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
Administrator Hospice Operations Responsibilities
  • Oversite Hospice daily and clinical branch operations.
  • Oversite of directly reporting clinical managers.
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership to improve performance and processes.
