JOB SUMMARY
The Compliance Administrator is responsible for assisting PODS safety and compliance department by managing driver qualification files and supporting other DOT compliance elements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Safety and Compliance department. Maintain driver qualification files. Support drug and alcohol testing program. Maintain CDL/DOT records including medical exams. In conjunction with leadership, implement standardized processes for Driver Qualifications to include background checks, Pre-Employment Medical Screening & DOT Physicals, Previous Employer Release of Information, etc. in coordination & conjunction with HR, Safety, and Operations Leadership Assists the HR group with pulling and reviewing FMCSA Clearinghouse queries and reports Performs periodic assessments and audits the driver qualification and drug and alcohol program files for gaps and compliance Partners with various internal business leaders (HR, Safety, Operations) to coordinate and administer compliance program. Works collaboratively with the other departments on DOT compliance related projects as assigned May perform other duties and responsibilities as assignedMANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTIES

High School diploma or equivalent 0-2 years assisting in the management of DOT driver compliance programs, to include DOT drug and alcohol testing. Working knowledge and understanding of Federal and State DOT Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, Drug & Alcohol Regulations (including Parts 40, 199, & 382).
• Experience maintaining driver qualification files electronically (i.e. FleetWorthy, DISA, JJ Keller, etc.)
