Description:ADP Tech Maturation Portfolio Finance Senior Manager

What You Will Be Doing

Advanced Development Programs (ADP) - Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) seeks a Senior Manager to lead its Program Finance organization. The ADP line, Skunk Works, created iconic aircraft such as the U 2, SR 71, and F 117. The Senior Manager will oversee finance execution for a diverse portfolio, including Joint All Domain Operations, Mobility Improvements & Derivatives, Advanced Programs, Special Projects, and Skunk Works Integration.

In this role you will direct a high performing finance team responsible for earned value management, baseline maintenance, Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (EAC) execution, and related tasks. You will also ensure proper staffing, training, and tool performance to support finance activities. Reporting & Interaction

Reports to the Director, Finance & Business Operations - Tech Maturation Portfolio. Daily interaction with program and executive leaders across Skunk Works and Aeronautics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide timely execution of the ADP finance business rhythm.
  • Maintain integrity of Earned Value controls.
  • Support long range planning and Contract Status Review (CSR) cadence with 100 % data quality.
  • Develop and execute talent and organizational strategy, including staffing and training.
  • Execute the Comprehensive Estimate at Complete process per company policy.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Deep Earned Value execution experience; familiarity with ANSI 748 compliance.
  • Proven track record in culture and talent development.
  • Knowledge of financial baseline management.
  • Experience managing risk/opportunity, including net factored positions.
  • Ability to drive a business rhythm that ensures on time delivery in a dynamic environment.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Extensive Earned Value Execution Experience including Knowledge of ANSI-748 compliance standards
  • Culture and talent development experience
  • Experience with financial baseline management practices
  • Experience in management of a business rhythm that ensures on-time product delivery in a highly dynamic environment

Desired Skills:

  • Data analytics experience with Tableau, Python, Alteryx, or other similar tools
  • Experience with risk and opportunity management to include establishment of net factored risk and opportunity positions
  • Experience with process improvement and change management

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $124,900 - $220,225. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $143,600 - $248,975. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
