Adult Medical Day Care Administrator

State requirements include a degree or heath care license such as CALA, social worker, therapist or nurse, and at least one year of full-time administrative or supervisory experience in a licensed health care facility.

This role is perfect for an experienced leader who is passionate about enhancing the lives of adults and elderly patients in an upbeat day care setting. As the Administrator, you will oversee the daily operations of our medical day care program, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include managing staff, and fostering a positive environment for both clients and employees. You will work closely with families to understand their needs and ensure the best possible care for each individual. Your leadership and strategic vision will drive the success of our program and help us to continue making a profound difference in the lives of those we serve.

Requirements

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential. A passion for working with elderly clients is a must, along with knowledge of applicable regulations and standards.
