Job Description

HEPCO Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler for our client to support mechanical assembly operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with small parts, following detailed instructions, and contributing to a team-focused production setting.

In this position, you will assemble and disassemble subassemblies and systems by following specific instructions and process sheets. You will complete mechanical assemblies using a variety of standard and specialized tools while maintaining a strong focus on quality and accuracy.

Assemble and disassemble subassemblies and systems following detailed instructions
Perform mechanical assembly using various parts and components
Use standard hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies
Work with small parts requiring fine motor skills and precision
Perform repetitive tasks such as tying knots and lacing components
Follow process sheets for assembly and minor repairs
Maintain quality and accuracy in all work performed

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Trade School education (minimum 2 years required)
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in mechanical assembly
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Good manual dexterity and ability to handle small components
Ability to work in a team environment

Additional Information Schedule is Monday through Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (four 10-hour days) Candidates must be comfortable working this set scheduleBenefits:

Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
