- Develop product designs and engineering solutions from concept through production
- Create and maintain engineering models, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
- Drive design improvements focused on performance, quality, cost, and manufacturability
- Support prototype development, testing, validation, and production launch activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and sales
- Manage assigned engineering projects and technical deliverables
- Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues throughout the product development process
- Participate in customer and supplier discussions to ensure successful project outcomes
- Apply engineering best practices, standards, and design methodologies
- Participate in design reviews and provide technical recommendations
- Lead or support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
- Contribute to the development of innovative products and processes that improve performance and efficiency
- Working knowledge of mechanical systems, structural design, and material selection
- Experience applying Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles
- Familiarity with FEA analysis and product validation methods
- Understanding of fabrication, welding, and manufacturing processes
- Ability to independently manage assigned engineering projects and priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with CAD modeling and engineering documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of engineering experience in product development, manufacturing, or a related environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage engineering assignments with limited supervision
- Experience supporting product development through the full engineering lifecycle
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills
- Ability to balance technical requirements, customer expectations, and business objectives
- Work on innovative products that solve real-world customer challenges
- Gain exposure to the complete product development lifecycle—from concept through production
- Collaborate with experienced engineering, manufacturing, and business leaders
- Take ownership of meaningful projects that directly impact customer success
- Expand your technical expertise while developing project leadership capabilities
