HVAC Master Technician
As an HVAC Master Technician at our company, you’ll be in the thick of it, working hands-on with the guts of the commercial and industrial mechanical systems that keep our clients up and running. What you will do:
- System Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix complex HVAC issues like a seasoned pro. When others throw in the towel, you’re just getting started
- Commercial Repairs: Gear up to repair HVAC systems in big-time facilities. We’re not talking residential here – these are commercial and industrial giants that need someone who can handle the heat
- Preventive Maintenance: Keeping things running smooth as glass. You’ll know these systems like the back of your hand and keep them one step ahead of breakdowns
- Mentorship: Share your knowledge with the crew. Help shape the next generation of HVAC pros
You should have:
- 5+ Years of HVAC Experience: You’ve been around the block and have a experience to prove it. You know your way around chillers, boilers, RTUs, and everything in between
- Troubleshooting Experience: You’re the go-to when things get tough. Problems don’t faze you – they motivate you
- Safety-First Mindset: Our jobs are big and bold, but safety is always the priority. You know how to keep yourself and others safe, no questions asked
- Team Player & Leader: Our crews respect skill, and you’ve got it. You know how to rally the team and get the job done right
