Job Requirements
- Ability to work 8 hour shifts
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Weekend availability
Responsibilities
- Operates similar production machines to perform similar operations or produce similar parts.
- Jobs may be of short duration requiring frequent change in set-up and variation of individual cycles.
- Has moderate control over product quality.
- Works from specific written or verbal instructions and general operating practices, requiring application of some judgment and selectivity.
- Sets up machines requiring interaction of several variables.
- Loads raw material into the machine, manually operates, varying and modifying the cycle, and unloads the finished product.
- Performs additional operations manually or using simple machines. Checks products routinely for multiple characteristics using standard measuring devices.
- Adjusts set-up and process operation accordingly.
- Maintains production records and monitors product quality against established control charts.
Qualifications/ Experience
- Minimum 5 years of Machine Operating Experience
- Manufacturing experience
- Hands on and strong Math skills
- Mechanically Inclined & Able to think on your feet
- Independent Worker
