- Flexible full-time,4-5 day/week schedule (preferred)
- Post-acute care inpatient setting
- Rotating Weekend Day Call
- Day call only on days covering
- Deliver comprehensive primary care
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Develop personalized care plans
- Integrate and work closely with the IDT
- Partner and work collaboratively with TeamHealth physicians
- New or experienced clinicians
- FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
- Active New Mexico NP/PA license
- Active DEA
