Advanced Practice Provider - Palliative Care

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Franciscan Physician Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider with Palliative Care experience for inpatient care at Franciscan Health Palliative Care in Indianapolis, IN. Experienced provider is preferred and desired. Interested candidate will be joining an established, busy practice with three physicians and eight advanced practice providers who enjoy a supportive work environment and great work-life balance.

WHAT WE NEED:Ideal candidate will have past Palliative, Hospice or Home Health Care experience, with a focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

For all health care services at Franciscan Physician Network, we follow the Ethical and Religious Directives, while caring for our patient population.

• Traditional full-time schedule
• Rotating weekends and holidays
• Average inpatient volume: Varies
• Average outpatient volume: Varies
• Experience in Palliative Care or Home Health Care preferred
• Potential outreach to Mooresville location

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree- Required
• Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) – Required - or
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification – Required
• Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association- Required
