  • Apply established procedures to routine decisions and seek supervisory guidance on complex or unusual situations.
  • Develop the knowledge and skills to provide backup coverage for logistics leadership during absences.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • An associate degree and experience with SAP, particularly the Materials Management module, are preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, inventory control, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of warehousing and transportation terminology and procedures, including domestic and export shipping.
  • Familiarity with transportation regulations.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, and the ability to learn logistics systems and applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a professional, service-focused approach to working with others.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through when managing orders, inventory records, and delivery deadlines.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to prioritize work while following established procedures.
