Job Description:
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Preparing & reviewing a broad range of Individual, S Corp, Partnership and other entity tax returns
- Conducting research to develop solutions for our clients’ unique (basic to intermediate) tax issues
- Buildingrelationships internally to foster a cultureof teamwork and collaboration
- Providing a “wow” experience to every client
- Contributingto the success of our clients’ organizations
- Developing staff associates and interns as they begin their careers in public accounting
- Makinga difference in the communities where you live and work
Your Desired Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- 5+ years of relevant tax experience in public accounting or industry
- CPA license
- Accounting experience a plus
- Outstandingclientserviceand communicationskills
- Desire todevelop unique business solutions in a team-based environment
- Commitment to continuous learning and development
- Enthusiasm for helping others be successful
- Out-of-the box thinking and an entrepreneurial spirit
- Anew perspective and new ideas allowing us to continuously improve
