Status: Part Time Hourly

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Summary of the Position: Hourly, Part Time position serving youth and families throughout Clark County are available.

• Serve as a dependable mentor and positive role model, empowering youth to achieve success in their home, school, and community environments.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement individualized advocacy services and support plans tailored to the unique needs of youth and their families.
• Build strong relationships with participants and families while utilizing a strengths-based, wraparound approach to promote resilience, stability, and positive outcomes.
• Position offers flexible hours, weekly pay, activity and mileage reimbursement

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
• Passion for supporting children, youth, and families through a strengths-based, family-centered approach.
• Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems preferred.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Flexible hours: Evenings and weekends may be required
