Job Description

Job TitleLead cross-functional planning for complex customer programs.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Develop integrated program plans, schedules, and resource strategies for new business and production initiatives.Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams.Evaluate execution feasibility, resource availability, capacity constraints, and program risks.Lead planning reviews and facilitate stakeholder alignment on schedules, priorities, and delivery strategies.Support strategic decision-making through risk assessments, schedule evaluations, and operational readiness reviews.Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on planning accuracy, execution success, and organizational effectiveness.Ensure customer requirements are understood, documented, and translated into actionable program plans.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
