For years, Rejuvenation Clinic has been a trusted name in aesthetics throughout Northern Virginia, earning 700+ five-star reviews, building a loyal client base of over 6,000 patients, and establishing a strong reputation for natural, results-driven aesthetic care.
Following the tragic loss of our beloved provider and founder, we are entering an important new chapter and are seeking an exceptional Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to lead the clinic into its future while honoring the artistry, care, and patient relationships that made the practice what it is today.
This is more than a provider position. About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled, relationship-driven Nurse Practitioner with strong aesthetic experience who can confidently lead an established practice, deliver exceptional outcomes, and build lasting patient trust.
The ideal candidate has a refined aesthetic eye, advanced injectable expertise, strong consultation skills, and the leadership presence to guide both patients and team members through an exciting relaunch and growth phase.

Responsibilities
Clinical Excellence
- Perform advanced aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans
- Deliver safe, natural, high-quality injectable outcomes
- Perform comprehensive facial assessments with an artistic, full-face approach
- Educate patients on long-term treatment planning and aesthetic goals
- Maintain exceptional standards of patient care, safety, and documentation
Treatments May Include
- Neuromodulators
- Dermal fillers
- Biostimulators
- PRP/PRF
- Skin rejuvenation treatments
- Medical-grade skincare recommendations
- Wellness and regenerative aesthetic services
Patient Experience & Relationship Building
- Build trust and long-term relationships with patients
- Maintain high patient satisfaction and retention
- Lead thoughtful, educational consultations that prioritize outcomes and patient confidence
- Support treatment plan acceptance through strong communication and patient education
Practice Leadership
- Help lead and shape the next chapter of Rejuvenation Clinic
- Mentor and collaborate with clinic staff
- Support growth initiatives and patient retention efforts
- Work collaboratively with leadership on clinic expansion and service optimization

Requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Virginia (or ability to obtain licensure)
- 5+ years of aesthetic injecting experience strongly preferred
- Advanced experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers
- Strong consultation and treatment planning skills
- Proven ability to build patient loyalty and retention
- Exceptional bedside manner and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term growth
Strongly Preferred:
- Established aesthetic following or strong patient retention history
- Experience leading or growing an aesthetic practice
- Advanced injectable training and full-face balancing expertise
- Experience with lasers, regenerative aesthetics, or wellness services

Compensation & Benefits
Total Compensation: $165,000–$187,000+ annually
Compensation package includes:
