Job Summary:

The Aesthetician is responsible for providing med spa treatments such as facials, waxing, LHR, skin pen, lash lift, derma plane, HydraFacial, chemical peels and emsculpt/emsella while consulting with clients to recommend appropriate treatments and products. This role ensures a clean, sanitary environment and delivers personalized care to enhance clients' skin health and appearance.

• $18.00/hour + DOE (Depending on Experience)

• Day shift
• Wednesday & Thursday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Duties, Functions, And Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients' skin conditions and discuss their concerns and goals while utilizing Visia system.
• Recommend personalized skincare treatments based on the client's skin type and needs.
• Perform treatments such as facials, extractions, derma plane, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and waxing.
• Maintain detailed records of client treatments.
• Remove unwanted facial and body hair using waxing or tweezing techniques.
• Recommend suitable skincare products such as moisturizers, cleansers, and serums tailored to clients' skincare needs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace by sterilizing beauty and skincare tools before and after procedures.
• Promote and sell skincare products to clients.
• Assist in generating new business by providing excellent service and building rapport with clients.
• Exhibit exemplary attendance and punctuality.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Related Experience

• Completion of a state-approved cosmetology or esthetician program with a passing state exam is required.
• Previous experience is required. (5+ years)

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities 

• The ability to clearly explain skincare treatments and product recommendations.
• Strong listening and nonverbal communication skills to identify when a client may be uncomfortable during treatments.
• Ability to identify and address clients' skincare issues, such as dry skin or acne, with appropriate treatments and product suggestions.
• Accurate charting of patient information regarding treatments, appropriate settings on machines, products used, etc.
• Effectively manage appointments, staying on schedule to meet the needs of multiple clients throughout the day.
• Proficiency in promoting and selling skincare products and services.
• Capability to meet sales goals by recommending appropriate skincare routines and products.

Location Requirement

• Must commute to or relocate to Rogers, AR 72758 prior to start date
