Program Location: On-site, United States (Relocation Required)

Relocation Required: Must be willing to relocate within the continental U.S. to any city of Sono Bello's choosing upon completion of the program. Relocation benefits will be provided.

The Patient Care Trainee (PCT) role is a competitive, exciting 12-14-week Sales Apprenticeship that offers real patient impact, significant bonus potential, and a direct pathway to becoming a full-time Patient Care Consultant (PCC) upon graduation.

This is an ideal opportunity for driven, sales-focused professionals eager to break into the fast-growing medical aesthetics industry. Training includes hands-on sales experience, rotations across sales-facing teams, live patient engagement, KPI tracking, and real-time coaching from top performers.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Learn & Consult

• Master Sono Bello's sales strategies, surgical procedures, financing options, and consultative sales approach.
• Assess patient goals alongside surgeons and experienced PCC mentors.

Own Follow-Through

• Support the entire patient journey: consultation, pre-op, day-of-procedure, and post-op follow-ups using our proprietary tech stack.

Build a Pipeline

• Consult, nurture, and convert leads while tracking performance against high-target KPIs.

Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

• Build rapport quickly, answer questions, provide accurate information, recommend products/services, and accommodate special requests.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $24/hour (approx. $50,000 annually)

Travel Requirements:

• This position requires travel and lodging near our National Headquarters in Bellevue, WA, for the first 6 weeks of this program. Participants will be provided with shared corporate housing during this timeframe.
• 100% travel is required from weeks 7 through the last week of this program
• Must be willing to relocate within the continental U.S. to any city of Sono Bello's choosing upon completion of the program. Relocation benefits will be provided.

Salary

$24-$36 USD

Pay may vary by location, and actual compensation depends on factors like qualifications, experience, skills, and business needs. Sono Bello may adjust this range in the future. Full-time employees may also receive benefits such as incentives, equity, health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
