Job Description
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide individual counseling and psychotherapy in an office setting. Experience with children/adolescents preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In this role you will be:
- Assess patients' mental health concerns
- Create treatment plans
- Provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct crisis interventions
- Maintain patient records via Electronic Health Record
- Refer patients to other mental health providers
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
A master's degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited program
Active and valid LCSW or LPC license in the state of employment
At least 2 years clinical experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
BLS required or attained within 1 month of hire.
