SITE DIRECTOR (PART-TIME): After-School Program Site DirectorAlphaBEST: After school is where adventure begins! AlphaBEST believes in the power of wonder to connect students to a world of endless possibilities. We're looking for leaders like you to be the Captain of our team!Location: Atfalati Ridge Elementary School; 29174 NW King St, North Plains, OR 97133Schedule: No Weekends! Monday-Friday, 2:30 pm -6:00 pm. Pay & Benefits:$22.00 - $25.00 (depending on qualifications/experience)Full-time benefits, including health, dental, vision, disability benefits, retirement, life, and paid time off, are available

As an AlphaBEST Captain, you'll be trained to do the following:Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site.Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder.Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents.Provide a caring, family-oriented environment that fosters positive relationships among staff, children, parents, and the school at your program site.Here's what you'll need:Must have a Bachelor's degree (in a related field) or equivalent experience Must be at least 21 years old

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs

Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by Oregon childcare licensing regulations (CBR #) Provide proof of experience as required by OR childcare licensing standards
