Job Description

We’re Hiring High-Energy Coaches for After School Care!

Do you love working with kids, staying active, and making a difference in your community? We’re looking for energetic, reliable coaches to join our team this summer—and potentially stay on for the school year, too!

At Stoughton's Best After School and Summer Camp, we’re growing again and looking for flexible team players who want to be part of something fun and meaningful.

After School Coach

We’re hiring coaches who can fill in morning or afternoon shifts year round. Hours may vary, but typically include:

PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Team Training 1:00-2:00 PM on Fridays

You will lead campers in active games, crafts, parkour, karate, and outdoor play, and keep the energy high and the kids safe.

If you love routines, games, leading small groups, and celebrating kids’ wins, you’ll love this role!

Bonus Hours Available

Want even more hours? We also host monthly Parents Night Out events on Saturdays from 3:00 PM – 8:30 PM, where coaches run games, crafts, obstacle courses, and movie nights. It's high-energy and a lot of fun!

Must-Haves:

Be 18+ and able to pass a background check to work with children.
Have experience working with kids (babysitting, coaching, camps, etc.)
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
A smartphone or computer for team communication
