Job Description

Job Title: After-School Program Bus DriverPay: $22.00 per hourSchedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 4:30 PMJob Summary:We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Bus Driver to transport students participating in an after-school program. The driver will be responsible for safely operating a school bus along designated routes, ensuring students arrive at their destinations safely and on time. This is a part-time position ideal for individuals looking for afternoon hours.Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a school bus to transport students for the after-school program.
Follow designated routes and schedules.
Ensure the safety of all passengers during loading, transport, and unloading.
Conduct basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintain a clean and orderly bus environment.
Follow all traffic laws, school transportation policies, and safety procedures.
Communicate any concerns, incidents, or delays to the appropriate staff.

Qualifications:

Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class A or Class B.
School Bus Endorsement required.
Passenger Endorsement required.
Must pass a background screening.
Ability to safely manage and supervise student passengers.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to student safety.

Experience:

No prior experience required; training may be provided.
