After School Sports Coach (Flag Football, Soccer & Multi-Sports)

• Lead and supervise after school sports sessions for elementary and middle school students.
• Teach sport-specific fundamentals in flag football, soccer, and multi-sport activities.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
• Organize drills, skill-building activities, and age-appropriate games.
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and character development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
• Communicate effectively with program coordinators and school staff.

• Prior coaching or youth sports experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of flag football, soccer, and general sports fundamentals.
• Ability to teach skills in a clear, encouraging, and age-appropriate manner.
• Passion for mentoring and engaging youth.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Availability during after school hours (2:30 PM – 6:00 PM) is required.
