Job Description

Do you like working with children? How about playing with LEGO? Would you like to use a ridiculous amount of LEGO materials to teach kids how the world works? If so, then this may be your dream job!

We are looking for smart, creative, dynamic instructors from all backgrounds to teach LEGO classes and camps where students are introduced to a range of STEM concepts while being given the tools to unlock their creativity and their problem-solving skills.

Schedule:

  • School Year: M-F afternoons, part-time, flexible, occasional weekend hours
  • Summer: M-F, half-day and full-day camps, typically between 9am and 4pm, plus setup/breakdown

Compensation: Instructors are paid for all hours worked, including teaching, setup, round trip drive time, and training. Also, any day that you teach, you receive AT MINIMUM 3 hours of pay

  • Mileage reimbursement when transporting materials of $.40
  • Allowances for electronics, internet and kit storage
  • Paid sick and safe leave
  • 401K after 3 months of hire
  • Health care benefits only available to employees who average 30 or more hours per week.
