Position Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Aftermarket & Finance Assistant to support our finance department and assist customers with aftermarket product options. This role is a great entry point into automotive finance, with clear opportunities for advancement into Finance Manager and other leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Finance Department with daily operations and deal processing
- Present and explain aftermarket products (warranties, protection plans, etc.) to customers
- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Support compliance and documentation requirements
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales and delivery process

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Automotive or sales experience is a plus, but not required
