What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field, or minimum 3 years of agronomy/agronomy sales experience
  • Knowledge of soil fertility, fertilizer and chemical properties, seed traits, crop life cycles, and agricultural chemistry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, internet-based programs, and agronomy software
  • Ability to operate company vehicles, forklifts, skid-loaders, blending systems, and hand tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to speak effectively one-on-one and in group settings
