We’re looking for a hands-on Ag Equipment Technician who knows what it takes to keep equipment running when it matters most. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys diagnosing complex mechanical issues, and understands that in agriculture, uptime isn’t optional.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural equipment including tractors, combines, planters, sprayers, and precision ag systems
• Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and field/service repairs
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, diesel engine, and precision technology systems
• Work directly with customers and internal teams to ensure timely, high-quality service
• Accurately document repairs, parts needs, and service recommendations
• Stay current on evolving ag equipment technology and manufacturer updates

What We’re Looking For

• Farm background with strong mechanical aptitude or dealership/ag equipment service experience
• Experience working on diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical systems, and ag machinery
• Ability to diagnose issues efficiently and think critically under pressure
• Strong work ethic and willingness to jump in during peak seasonal demands
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset
• CDL or willingness to obtain one is a plus
