21st Century Equipment LLC is hiring an experienced Ag Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain agricultural equipment in a professional dealership environment. ResponsibilitiesAs an Ag Service Technician, you will:Diagnose, repair, and recondition agricultural equipment

Perform maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems

Utilize diagnostic software and specialized tools

Maintain safety standards in shop and field environments

Complete accurate repair documentation

Participate in ongoing technical training, including John Deere systems and diesel technologies

Requirements3+ years of hands-on diesel repair experience

Ability to operate vehicles and diagnostic equipment

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

Ability to work in varying weather conditions

Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:John Deere University (JDU) training10+ years of agricultural equipment experience

Prior experience with a John Deere dealership
