About The Role

We are not looking for a traditional insurance CSR. We are looking for someone who can help a growing agency provide an exceptional client experience while helping create opportunities for growth.

This role is a combination of client service, onboarding, relationship building, organization, and appointment setting. The right person will help make sure clients are taken care of, tasks are completed on time, opportunities are not missed, and the agency runs smoothly.

Most importantly, this role helps free the agency owner to focus on helping more clients and growing the business. WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER.

What This Is NOT

This is NOT a sit-at-a-desk-and-answer-the-phone position. This is NOT a role where you simply process paperwork all day. We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of a growing business and make a direct impact on the client experience and agency growth.

Compensation

Base Pay

$2,000 per month

Bonus Opportunities

$250 Monthly Bonus

• No overdue assigned tasks

$10 Per Qualified Appointment Set

• Appointment completes and is held with the agency owner

$20 Per Cross-Sold Policy

• Additional policy written for an existing customer

$75 Per Life Insurance Policy Issued & Paid

• Resulting from an appointment you scheduled
