As an Agency Producer, you are the engine of our growth. You will be responsible for the full sales lifecyclefrom lead generation and community engagement to closing and post-sale follow-ups. We are looking for a high-energy, integrity-driven individual who thrives in a goal-oriented environment

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilize crm to manage internet, warm, and hot leads.
- Client Engagement: Identify gaps in coverage and cross-sell additional lines.
- Community Presence: Create marketing plans and engage with the community to increase agency visibility.
- Sales Excellence: Meet or exceed monthly production goals.
- Operational Discipline: Maintain a high daily activity volume
Requirements
- Licensing: Must hold or be able to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance licenses in the State of Oregon.
- Availability: Present in-office Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
- Integrity: Must represent the agency with a positive attitude and maintain strict confidentiality regarding client data.
