NOW HIRING agency relations coordinator: The Agency Relations Coordinator is responsible for strengthening relationships between the food bank and its agency partner network across our service area (Benton, Carroll, Madison & Washington Counties). This position supports agency compliance, training, onboarding, capacity building, communication and overall partner engagement to ensure equitable, efficient, and neighbor-focused food distribution.The Agency Relations Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the food bank and partner agencies, helping agencies maintain compliance with Feeding America, USDA, and Northwest Arkansas Food Bank standards, while supporting growth, innovation, and improved neighbor experience throughout the network. It is our desire for healthy food to reach the kitchen tables of our neighbors as quickly as possible. We are encouraged by the numbers that reflect this effort. The Northwest Arkansas Food Bank currently has more than 110 agency partners ranging from food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and many more. In 2023, we distributed more than 14 million pounds of food to those in need through our agency partners, Feed Rogers, and Mobile and School Pantries. The Food Bank works to distribute food to those who are food insecure in our community while forming strong relationships with businesses, non-profit organizations, and others in the community who share the passion to end hunger in Northwest Arkansas.
