Job Description
We are a growing independent insurance agency looking to add a PartTime Agency Service Coordinator to help manage daytoday client service needs and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
This role is service-focused, not sales-driven. The primary objective is to support existing clients by handling policy service requests, follow-ups, and review preparation so the agency owner can focus on sales, growth, and client relationships.

What Youll Be Responsible For
As the Agency Service Coordinator, you will own service requests end-to-end, ensuring clients receive timely and accurate support.
Core Responsibilities
Manage and respond to incoming client emails
Process policy changes (vehicles, drivers, addresses, coverage updates, etc.)
Handle cancellations, reinstatements, and rewrite follow-ups
Track open service items and ensure completion
Coordinate with our call center and carriers to close service requests
Prepare and schedule customer review appointments
Document all actions clearly in the agency system
Follow established workflows and service standards
What This Role Is Not
To be fully transparent, this role:
Is not a sales position
Does not involve commission-based compensation
Does not require cold calling or quoting new business
Does not involve high-pressure conversations or closing
Sales opportunities and complex coverage conversations will be handled by the agency owner or sales team.
What Success Looks Like
Client emails are responded to promptly
Service requests are completed accurately and on time
Follow-ups are not missed
Review appointments are scheduled and organized
The agency owner is no longer handling routine service work

Compensation & Growth Opportunity
Pay: $15$16/hour, part-time (20 hours per week)
Bonuses: Monthly performance-based bonuses for ownership, responsiveness, and accuracy
