Help individuals and families find insurance and financial solutions
Build and maintain client relationships
Develop marketing strategies to grow your network
Generate and follow up on leads
Track performance and meet sales goals
Support the development of a team over time

Requirements

A strong desire to build something of your own
3 years of proven sales or leadership experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a high level of integrity
Goal-driven with a strong work ethic
Willing to obtain a state insurance license (we will guide you through the process)
