Salary Range: $55000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Structured Training: In-depth onboarding and hands-on workshops covering insurance products, compliance, client relationship building, and sales strategy.

Requirements

Driven, goal-oriented individuals with a desire to help others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life, Health, and Accident insurance licenses in the State of Missouri (we'll help!)
A positive attitude and coachable mindset
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required
