Engage with local residents to understand their protection needs and offer meaningful coverage solutions.

Manage your own pipeline of client interactions with a focus on helpfulness rather than pressure.

Review existing policies to ensure clients are adequately covered for their current life circumstances.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation to keep our office operations running smoothly.

Participate in local community efforts to build the reputation of The Atlantic District in Torrington.

Take part in regular training to keep your product knowledge sharp and relevant.

Requirements

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License in Connecticut.

Solid understanding of insurance policies and coverage nuances.

Clear, empathetic communication skills when speaking with clients.

Self-motivated approach to managing a daily schedule and meeting goals.

High level of comfort using digital tools and office software.

Previous background in relationship-based sales or customer advisory roles.
