AO Globe Life is actively hiring motivated professionals to support veterans and their families in learning about supplemental benefit programs designed to help protect their financial futures. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for transitioning service members, military spouses, and service-minded individuals seeking meaningful work with long-term growth potential.
In this role, you’ll connect with veterans and families who requested additional information about available benefits, schedule virtual consultations, and guide them through their options with professionalism and care.

What You’ll Do
Connect with veterans and families who expressed interest in learning about available benefits
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom
Educate clients on supplemental life, accident, and health benefit options
Guide individuals through the enrollment process with clarity and professionalism
Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
Provide ongoing support to policyholders when needed
Participate in weekly training sessions, coaching calls, and team development meetings
Build long-term client relationships through trust, consistency, and service
