This position is ideal for candidates with prior insurance experience who are looking to enhance their sales abilities, strengthen client relationships, and build a long-term career within the Farmers Insurance network at the Mario Bujas Agency.
About the Role
As an Agent in Training at the Mario Bujas Agency, you will deliver tailored protection solutions to clients, develop advanced business and sales strategies, and work side-by-side with an experienced agency team.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking
Conduct in-depth insurance consultations to match clients with optimal coverage
Present and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service
Manage sales activities, follow-ups, and renewals using CRM systems
Ensure compliance with California Department of Insurance regulations and company standards
Qualifications
Candidates must be licensed in California and fluent in Spanish.
Required:
1–2 years of insurance experience (sales, service, or production)
Active California Property & Casualty License
Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire)
Fluency in Spanish (required)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to consistently meet production goals
High degree of professionalism, organization, and initiative
