What You'll Do
As an Agent in Training, you'll help individuals, families, and businesses protect what matters most while developing the skills needed to build a successful career in insurance. You'll work alongside an experienced team, gain hands-on sales experience, and build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Duties
Build relationships with prospective clients through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
Meet with individuals and business owners to understand their insurance needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
Educate clients on Auto, Home, Life, Business, and Specialty insurance products.
Develop long-term client relationships through exceptional service and regular policy reviews.
Work toward individual and agency sales goals while continuing to develop your skills.
Participate in ongoing product, sales, and industry training.
Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer relationships.
Collaborate with your team to deliver an outstanding client experience.
What You Bring
Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Coachability and a desire to grow professionally.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health License preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
