Agent in Training – Farmers Insurance

The Timothy O'Rourke Agency is seeking ambitious individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy building lasting client relationships. As an Agent in Training, you’ll develop your sales expertise, deliver exceptional service, and play a key role in expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source new leads through cold calling, networking, and community involvement

  • Analyze clients' needs and recommend customized insurance solutions (Auto, Home, Life, and Business)

  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales targets with a performance-focused approach

  • Present insurance products confidently to individuals and small business owners

  • Provide responsive and thorough follow-up on all leads and appointments

  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer communications

  • Stay up-to-date on Farmers Insurance products, market trends, and effective sales strategies
