About the Role
As an Agent in Training, you’ll play a vital role in delivering tailored protection solutions for clients while developing advanced business and sales strategies with guidance from a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively generate new business through prospecting, referrals, and networking
Conduct thorough insurance consultations to match clients with appropriate coverage
Present and sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and support
Manage sales activity, follow-ups, and renewals using CRM systems
Adhere to California Department of Insurance regulations and company compliance standards
Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate proven industry experience and hold the appropriate California licensing.
Required:
1–2 years of insurance experience (sales, service, or production)
Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain shortly after hire)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to consistently meet production goals
High degree of professionalism, organization, and initiative
