Key Responsibilities
Generate new business by identifying and contacting prospects, and converting leads into policies
Consult with clients to determine insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Sell and cross-sell insurance products such as Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
Build and nurture lasting client relationships with ongoing support and periodic policy reviews
Meet and exceed individual sales targets to contribute to overall agency growth
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and compliance requirements
Use CRM software to manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals
Participate in team meetings and contribute to effective sales strategies
What We’re Looking For
1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in making outbound calls and closing sales
Willingness to learn and a coachable mindset
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Bilingual abilities are a plus
