As an Agent in Training, youll be key in boosting revenue, providing customized insurance solutions, and fostering a positive team environment. This position is perfect for those with excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented attitude, and a passion for assisting clients in safeguarding their most valuable assets.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
As an Agent in Training, your core duties will include:
- Drive new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies
- Conduct client consultations to assess insurance needs and recommend the right coverage
- Sell and cross-sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and policy reviews
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals, contributing to overall agency growth
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and compliance requirements
- Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy renewals
- Participate in team meetings and sales strategy sessions
