Job Description
Our new Farmers Insurance agency is hiring for the position of Agent in training. This role is designed for individuals who are motivated to build a long-term career in the insurance industry. Candidates in this position will receive structured training, clear performance expectations, and direct mentorship to help them progress into a fully licensed insurance producer role.
Salary Range: $40000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage a consistent flow of warm and cold leads; no door-to-door work or personal-network prospecting required
- Conduct coverage reviews, prepare accurate insurance quotes, and follow up with prospective clients.
- Close new business across multiple product lines, including Auto, Home, Renters, and Life.
- Maintain organized activity logs and meet established daily and weekly performance targets.
- Participate in training sessions and apply feedback to continuously improve sales performance
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Competitive mindset with the ability to work toward measurable goals.
- Coachable, dependable, and willing to follow a structured training plan.
- No prior insurance experience is required. Comprehensive training is provided.
