Location: Flexible across SEE, with preference for Zagreb, Belgrade, Ljubljana or Sofia
Business unit: Consulting
Level: Senior Associate / Manager, depending on experience.
Who you'll work with:
You will work with PwC Consulting teams across Southeast Europe, with a primary focus on supporting Digital practice and relevant digital, data and AI transformation engagements in other industries. You will collaborate with PwC strategy consultants, technology specialists, data & AI teams, cybersecurity experts, regional and global PwC product teams, hyperscalers and client IT teams.
What you'll do:
- Help clients identify where PwC's Agentic AI and digital solutions can create measurable business value
- Translate business use cases into practical solution designs, workflows and implementation roadmaps
- Support the configuration, integration and deployment of Agentic AI, data and digital solutions
- Assess client technology landscapes, IT, OT, data and infrastructure with stronger focus on consumer industry technology stack
- Define key architecture requirements across applications, data, integrations, cloud, security, privacy and AI governance
- Contribute to proposals, effort estimates, delivery plans and technical assumptions
- Identify technical dependencies, integration risks and implementation constraints
- Coordinate with PwC product teams, technology specialists, implementation partners and client IT teams
- Support pilots, proof-of-concepts and transition toward production deployment
- Support project execution through change management and value capturing
- Contribute to reusable reference architectures, delivery assets and PwC market propositions
What we expect from you:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, technology consulting, enterprise architecture, data platforms, cloud, AI solutions or systems integration
- Experience supporting implementation of enterprise technology, data, digital or AI solutions
- Good understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of data architecture, APIs, systems integration, security and identity-management principles
- Know how on generative AI, AI agents, intelligent workflows, automation or responsible-AI principles
- Ability to explain technical topics in clear business language
- Strong client-facing, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills
- Experience in change management, facilitation, navigating through complex organization and ability to own process until the value realization
- Experience working with multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams
- Professional fluency in English
- Willingness to travel across the SEE region when needed
Experience in retail, consumer goods, FMCG, e-commerce, supply chain, pricing, procurement or customer operations is an essential advantage. Understanding of financial and energy industry is considered as an additional plus.
