Agentic AI Developer

Who Are We?
ADB SAFEGATE is the global leader in airside solutions, supporting operations at more than 3,000 airports through a network of 40 offices worldwide. We are establishing ADB SAFEGATE LABS in Hyderabad, our newest extension of global engineering capabilities. The Labs focus on building and evolving digital platforms, data-driven services, and AI-enabled solutions that support airport operations across Airfield, Apron, Tower, and Weather domains.
THE OPPORTUNITY
As we transform our marketing, sales, and business intelligence capabilities, we seek an experienced AI Developer to architect and deliver a new generation of data-powered AI agents and dashboards.
Your mission is to: Build the next generation of data-powered AI agents and intelligence systems that make our business smarter, faster, and more competitive.
You will be instrumental in structuring and integrating data from HubSpot, SAP, Excel, and other digital sources, then operationalizing it via the Azure OpenAI ecosystem.
This is a hands-on development role within a Microsoft Azure-centric environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both data and AI systems and can deliver reliable, maintainable solutions aligned with our internal tool stack.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Data Structuring & Preparation:
- Ingest, clean, and transform diverse data sources (HubSpot, SAP, Excel, social, web analytics).
- Build scalable pipelines using Azure SQL, CosmosDB, and Azure AI Search to support real-time dashboards and agent workflows.
- Ensure data models are designed for robust attribution, segmentation, and business outcome tracking.
AI & LLM Integration:
- Develop and optimize AI agents using Azure OpenAI Services and LangChain.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques, including memory, context windows, and tool usage.
- Build modular, testable agent components that can be reused across projects.
Backend & Automation Development:
- Design and implement backend logic and APIs - ideally within our Node.js / TypeScript (Angular) ecosystem.
- Integrate with data sources and AI services via secure API endpoints.
- DevOps & Deployment:
- Use Azure DevOps for CI/CD, version control, and release management.
- Deploy and monitor solutions within the Microsoft Azure Cloud.
Collaboration & Documentation:
- Work closely with internal developers, data analysts and marketing teams.
- Produce well-documented, maintainable code and clear architecture notes.
We're Looking for Someone With:
- 4-8 years in AI/ML with production deployments
- Strong Python development skills
- Hands-on Azure OpenAI Services and LangChain
- Expert in prompt engineering and agent orchestration
- Proven experience with Azure ecosystem: SQL, CosmosDB, AI Search, Functions and version control Git and Azure DevOps (CI/CD)
- Deployed AI APIs in production
