Lockheed Martin Space is looking for a Business Analyst to support the FBM program. Candidate will work in a team environment to deliver custom applications to meet our customers' needs. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, customer engagement, and testing software solutions for our internal customers in the aerospace industry.

• Partner with the business to maintain accurate requirement documentation and manage changes.

Basic Qualifications:

• Proven experience with agile methodologies and associated tooling (e.g., JIRA, DevOps).
• Strong background in developing software requirements, user stories, and test cases.
• Demonstrated customer-focused mindset and empathy
• Strategic thinking with a tactical execution focus
• Ability to balance short term deliverables with long term product vision
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Adaptability to changing priorities and fast paced environments
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Desired Skills:

• Hands on expertise in software test automation frameworks and practices.
• Certified Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
