Agile Program Manager

Agile Program Manager Remote, but some travel to Greater Houston will be required 6-12 Months Need Local Candidates GC or USC Must Have Skills: Strong core skills - APM, strong communication skills, ability to lead/ manage multiple teams with different plans towards singular objective/ timeline Your Impact • Lead end to end delivery of large scale agile programs across multiple workstreams and teams. • Define and implement delivery approaches that leverage best practices while being tailored to client needs. • Act as the primary client point of contact, aligning delivery plans to business objectives and timelines. • Manage dependencies across teams working to different plans while driving toward a single program objective and integrated timeline. • Oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and financial performance of programs. • Lead and mentor diverse, multi disciplinary, and globally distributed teams. • Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops, executive readouts, decision making forums, and conflict resolution. • Track program financials and ensure delivery aligns with sold as margins. • Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks and issues proactively. Your Skills & Experience Top 3 Skill Sets / Experiences Required • Strong core Agile Program Management (APM) skills, with experience leading complex, multi team programs end to end. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly align teams and senior stakeholders around goals, priorities, and delivery plans. • Proven ability to lead and manage multiple teams working against different plans and dependencies, while driving toward a singular objective and timeline. Additional Experience • 10+ years of program or project management experience delivering digital or technology based solutions. • Hands on experience leading agile delivery for large scale digital transformation initiatives. • Experience delivering enterprise platforms such as digital commerce, CMS, omnichannel, or data driven solutions. • Comfortable leading globally distributed teams across multiple disciplines. • Ability to own delivery strategy, delivery setup, and end to end execution processes. • Experience managing senior client stakeholders, including executive level leaders. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Set Yourself Apart • Retail domain experience is preferred, particularly within large, complex enterprise environments. • Retail Media Network (RMN) experience is a strong plus. • Experience operating in fast paced, evolving digital or platform driven ecosystems. • SAFe certification or experience delivering within a SAFe Framework.
