Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing tasks and problems of moderate to substantial complexity
Proven ability to make independent critical decisions related to resources, approach, and tactical operations
Experience in managing multiple teams or projects, providing direction and support
Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Agile Release Train (ART)
