Agronomy Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Hastings, NEPay: $22-25/hour depending on experienceSchedule: Monday Friday, 8: 00 AM 5: 00 PMAre you detail-oriented, customer-focused and looking for a career in the agricultural industry? We're seeking an Agronomy Customer Service Representative to support customers, sales staff and daily operations while delivering exceptional service and ensuring account accuracy.What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to customers and team members
- Maintain customer accounts, contracts, invoices and prepayments
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with customer service processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support sales staff with administrative tasks and customer information
- Track and report program data and customer account activity
- Verify customer orders, pricing details and account information
- Help maintain standard operating procedures and department records
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of two years of related customer service, administrative, office or agricultural experience preferred
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
