Job Description

AGRILAND FS is looking for a proven self-starter who has a passion for agriculture and wants to grow a career in a supportive rural community. As a member of our AGRILAND FS Team, this individual will combine their work ethic and desire to learn with our training and development programs to make a direct impact on customer's entire acre, with a focus on seed, fertilizer, crop protection, precision farming.

What we need from you:

Bachelor's degree in an agriculture-related field or equivalent experience with a desire to make an impact on your rural community
Prefer a person with a good Ag Aptitude
A good agriculture aptitude with the ability to learn
Sales experience desired, but not required
Strong business skills, such as ability to collaborate, communication skills, dedicated customer focus, and solid decision-making abilities
Confidence to offer agronomic solutions to increase a customer's yield and profitability
